Our Story
In 1987, Diane & Jim Linder, along with their son Monte founded The Caulkers Company with a vision to provide top-notch caulking, masonry, and restoration services. From the very beginning, they emphasized superior craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, which quickly set them apart in the industry.
Starting as a small family operation, they worked tirelessly to build a reputation for reliability and excellence. Diane was one of the first women to join the local Bricklayers' Union. Jim brought many years of experience as a caulker, while Monte contributed fresh ideas and energy, helping to modernize their techniques and expand their service offerings.
Their dedication paid off as word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business fueled their growth. Over the years, The Caulkers Company expanded its team, bringing in skilled professionals who shared their commitment to quality. This growth allowed them to take on larger and more complex projects, further solidifying their position as the leading choice for caulking, masonry, and restoration services in the area.
