 ABOUT US
The Caulkers Company began March of 1985 and in 1987 we incorporated. For most of the first 15 years the work in the field was handled by Jim, Diane and Monte. In time our reputation for quality workmanship and service made it necessary to expand our operation. At first we were hesitant to become a large company, but eight years ago we made the decision to grow.
We currently have 25 employees. Over the years we feel we have assembled a group of quality employees who are conscientious about giving our customers the best job possible. And to assist our employees towards that end we have tried to supply them with the training, tools and equipment they need to do quality work. We have numerous swing stages and high reach personnel lifts which enables them to access various projects safely and cost effectively.
We now have three generations of Linders actively involved in the day to day operations of the company. Derek Linder is handling field operations while Anthony is assisting in the shop and office. Howard Statz is our office manager making sure things run smoothly. Our longtime foreman and the back bone of field operations is Brian Hanson.
We are certified with the State of Minnesota as Woman Owned Business. We are also certified with the CERT Program, which is sponsored collaboratively by the jurisdiction(s) of Hennepin County, City of Minneapolis, Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul.
